The purpose of this net is to strengthen the regional communications links in and around Union County, Oregon in order to improve our equipment and sharpen our skills in case they are required in an emergency.

Everyone is welcome and there is no roster or formal membership.

There are two rounds to the net.

In the first round please give your call sign, your name and your location – slowly.

Before and after you check in, we request that you take notes on the strength and quality of the signals heard from other stations.

In the second round you will be called and asked to share station details such as antenna, radio and power as well as the strength and quality reports with the stations you heard.
